  We're the Funky Blues Band. Our music reaches those who know and love the blues and funk genres. The main goal for our band is to bring fun and entertainment to the people of South Florida.The Funky Blues Band was launched in 1998 by Drummer-Band Leader Heidi Rosenbaum. 
  We have played at numerous venues in the South Florida area and performed at the 1999 Fort Lauderdale Blues Festival.   We recently won the South Florida Blues Society International Blues Challenge and have earned our way to Memphis in February of 2017. We are currently working on our first CD and Album release.
